Why You Should Exercise Regularly

Human body is made to move every day. In 21st century, due to sedentary job, our lifestyle has become limited seating in front of Computer 8-10 hours a day. This has made us dull and un-healthy. We should daily do exercise that can last from 75 minutes to 150 minutes. It will not only remove our dullness but boost our mood, increase energy and improve overall health.
