What Are The Benefits Of Nuts

Nuts help in lowering cholesterol levels and removing bad triglycerides: Research was completed for the period of 12 weeks showed that people who didn't eat nuts had 77% more triglycerides as compared to people who eat nuts. Monosaturated and Polyunsaturated fatty acids are high in nuts so they have the capacity to reduce cholesterol.

People with type 2 diabetes should eat nuts: As nuts are low in carbohydrates, they don't immediately increase the blood sugar. Nuts also help in reducing blood pressure. As per a study was done on people for a period of 12 weeks concluded that eating 50 grams of pistachios per day led to  9% reduction in fasting blood sugar report.

Nuts decrease inflammation: Nuts are known to possess anti-inflammatory properties. Inflammation is the part of our body's defense mechanism from injury however,  if a certain part of our body is inflammable for a long time,  it can lead to organ damage as well as damage to that part. Nuts like pistachios, Walnuts, and Almonds possessed properties to fight inflammation.

Nuts contain a high amount of fiber: Our body is unable to digest fiber but the good bacteria living in our colon can digest fiber. So fiber is useful as prebiotics for our gut bacteria.Fibre also satisfies our hunger and we feel as full. Thus helping in weight loss.
