What to Eat to Get Bigger Arms

You get bigger arms by including food with high protein, complex carbohydrates and calories in your daily diet plan. If you are doing high intensity weight training, you should focus on your diet and add muscle building food to it. If you are not doing so, you will waste your efforts as muscles need nutrients to size-up.

When you do weight training in Gym, you break your muscle fiber. When it is in recovery mode, body utilises protein to repair this muscle fibers. The repairing strenthens the muscle to take more vigorous weight training in next session. So, protein is required to increase the speed of recovery phase for more weight training.
