Drinking water helps you lose weight

It is recommended to drink at least eight to ten glasses of water throughout the day before eating. Although the "thinning effect" of water does not compare to exercising or starting a diet regimen, it is an important contributor. Sorrentino affirmed that drinking water allows “to accelerate the effects of a hypocaloric diet,” losing weight faster and removing the sensation of hunger.
