Satisfy Your Hunger By Drinking Water

The most "dietary" food that exists is water. It has no calories, and it helps to eliminate toxins because it helps with their drainage from the body. But if that were not enough, it also satiates hunger. According to Sorrentino, drinking two glasses of water before breakfast, lunch and dinner allows the food to “fill more.” Sparkling water enhances this sensation even further.
