How to Power Nap

Power nap can increase your productivity and efficiency. You can take a quick power nap in office or at home to get rid of drowsiness. It will also improve your alertness. Once you take a power nap, you will work with more alertness and concentration. If you plan to take a power nap, the ideal nap should be anything between 10 to 30 minutes.
