Nuts are very high in nutrients and minerals: If you eat 28 cramps of mixed nuts you get around 173 calories, 5 grams protein, 15 grams fat, 6 grams of carbohydrates, 3 grams of fiber. You also get vitamin E, magnesium,  phosphorus, copper, manganese, and Selenium in Good quantity. So if you are following a low carbohydrate diet, definitely consume nuts to get the nutrients you desire.

Nuts are rich in antioxidants: When it comes to antioxidant property, nuts can be known as Powerhouse. Do you know our body generate unstable molecules during the process of metabolism? These molecules are known as free radicals. As per recent studies, exposure to Sun, increase in pollution level, high amount of stress, etc leads to an increase in production of free radicals.
