Should We Drink Traditional Butter Milk

The term buttermilk really describes a series of fermented dairy drinks. There are two main kinds of buttermilk: traditional and cultured. Traditional buttermilk is simply the leftover liquid from making butter.

Just this variation has probiotics, as well as it is in some cases called granny's probiotic.
Traditional buttermilk is mainly eaten in India, Nepal and Pakistan. Cultured buttermilk, generally discovered in American supermarkets, usually does not have any type of probiotic benefits.

Buttermilk is low in fat as well as calories but contains numerous crucial minerals and vitamins, such as vitamin B12, riboflavin, calcium and phosphorus.
