How to Make Electrolyte Water

If you are doing workouts you may deplete your electrolytes. So, in order to balance your electrolytes, you should drink electrolyte water which helps in maintaining the balance in your body. It is required for rehydration of body after intense workouts. There are different type of electrolyte water commercially available and also natural things like coconut water helps in the process of rehydration.
