Is it good to eat a banana in the morning

As per different Nutritionists, you will understand that Bananas are good source of potassium, fibre and magnesium, however you should not eat them when your stomach is empty, which means you should avoid eating a banana in morning breakfast.As bananas are rich in natural sugars, they provide you with an instant energy but they may make you feel draining after few hours. They may make you feel full which may increase your fatigue. As Bananas are acidic in nature, they may create problems for your stomach if eaten on an empty stomach.
