Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics is a type of aerobic exercise that requires you to do swimming in water and some high intensity exercises on land. The nature of these exercises is vigorous which means you will get tired very fast but they are very effective in dealing with fat. As you swim faster against the resistance developed by water, your heart rate goes up which helps in burning fat at very fast rate.

Swimming is one of the most popular aerobic exercises. As we get resistance from water, we burn more calories by swimming a certain distance as compared to walking same distance on land. If you swim for one hour, and walk for one hour and notice the amount of calories burned, you will find swimming as clear winner.
