Health Benefits of Working Out

Exercise means moving your body muscles to work and burn calories. There is different type of exercises like walking, running, swimming, etc. There are advanced form of exercises like working out in Gym doing weight training or strength training.

Exercises improve your stamina and increase your energy. You do not get mood swings, anxiety or depression if you do exercises regularly. It helps in releasing of certain feel good hormones by your Brain, which are responsible for making you happy, regulating your stress level and getting you rid of anxiety. The hormones are serotonin and endorphins.

As per recent study, 24 women were given regular exercise plans. They found that exercising regularly reduced there signs of anxiety and depression significantly.
