What is Apple Cider Vinegar

To prepare Apple Cider Vinegar, Yeast mixed with crushed Apples. The Yeast Microorganisms ferments apples and convert the sugar into alcohol. Thereafter, a second type of bacteria is utilized which ferments the converted alcohol into acetic acid.

The old process of this two-step fermentation took around one month. However, with modern science and technology, this process accelerated and completed in just a single day. Apple Cider Vinegar contains Acetic Acid, which has a sour taste and strong odour. It is also termed as Ethanoic Acid. Water and Malic Acid is also present in Apple Cider Vinegar.
